Example Block Scenarios:
1. Client engages BizEx in routine scheduled discussion to discuss KPIs and tools/ trends to make improvements
(2-10 hrs per month)
2. BizEx provides Client reporting/ analytics summary of agreed KPIs from Client system, with detailed trending and recommendations (5-10 hrs per month)
3. Green Belt/ Black Belt candidate works with BizEx expert while completing certification project (5-20 hrs per month)
4. Client engages BizEx group to work with project teams to review/ complete analysis, evaluate improvement options, make recommendations, and assist implementation of priorities. (10-40+ hrs)
If you need more time after your initial block, average of current and next higher block rate applies for additional hours for the remaining of the month.
If you don't use the entire block, we can roll over a portion of the time into the following month.
We only offer services in English, unless willing to work via an interpreter. but are available to support any time zone.
If we can't help, the time doesn't count.

For those clients that need a mix of on-site and virtual access to an expert, this plan blends our Tele-Expert plan with travel to the client site. Same block rules apply.
Example Hybrid Scenarios:
1. Client requests BizEx to do an on-site end to end review, followed by remote on going coaching/ implementation.
2. BizEx creates a Lean Six Si
For those clients that need a mix of on-site and virtual access to an expert, this plan blends our Tele-Expert plan with travel to the client site. Same block rules apply.
Example Hybrid Scenarios:
1. Client requests BizEx to do an on-site end to end review, followed by remote on going coaching/ implementation.
2. BizEx creates a Lean Six Sigma training & certification program for the Client that is a mix of in-person and remote events.
3. Client engages BizEx to visit client or vendor sites for gap analysis or service improvements, followed by a mix of site visits and remote feedback/ project work.
Clients within 50 mi of Loganville, GA:
Travel time & mileage for 1st on-site per month is free. All future on-sites will add $50 per visit to Monthly Block Base Rates.
US clients, outside the 50mi zone:
Block of 40+ hours - travel time is free.
All other blocks - travel time over 1.5 hours per visit will be billed against block time for 1 hour for every 50 miles unless actual travel time is less.
Travel expenses will be reimbursed at $0.60/mile unless actual travel expenses are lower.
If overnight stay is required, Lodging/ Meals will be reimbursed at a rate agreed upon by both parties. (e.g. $200 hotel, $50 meals per night)
Clients outside the United States:
International travel for on-site projects require enough time for obtaining any required visa. Any international travel will be charged a day of travel each way.

Example Scenario 1: Part-Time Leader
BizEx provides a part time director/ VP / SVP to fill a position at 20-25 hours a week until the permanent position is filled -
weekly billing of $4,000, with any pre-approved hour over 25 hours @ $200/hr.
Example Scenario 2: Project Team
BizEx provides a part-time SME at 10 hours a week and coordinates 1 project manager at 20 hours a week from a BizEx partner - for a project. Billing is coordinated at a flat combined hourly rate of $150/hr for the life of the project minimum weekly expense of $1,500.
Example Scenario 3: Shared Win
BizEx contracts to evaluate a process for cost savings opportunity and be a part time SME during implementation. BizEx provides 20-25 hours a week @ $100/hr and will receive 20% of confirmed savings monthly for the first 12 months after completion of project.
Example Scenario 4: Certification
Client contracts BizEx Group to train, coach and certify Lean Six Sigma Green Belts. Training flat fee of $30,000 includes training program for 10 candidates and 5 hours of coaching access per student for certification.
